I’ve been doing Pilates for about 6 years. I started Pilates post partum with my first child after hearing that it was beneficial post recovery and found I actually enjoyed it and found it challenging. It has also helped me with my core strength and balance showjumping my horses.
I love Pilates because literally anyone can do it and it’s always amazing to see after learning the foundations what you can achieve with practice and encouragement. You just need to get over the fear of the unknown and give it a go!
When not enjoying Pilates, I can be found chasing my 3 children around and riding my horses.
