Chrissy discovered the remarkable benefits of Pilates over a decade ago. Significant back pain, a lot of painkillers and a loss of mobility left her with little option but to go down the surgical path. As part of her rehabilitation post surgery, she started Pilates and shortly after was astounded by the results. An ability to safely work on strengthening the areas she needed to whilst restoring function to her body was exactly what Chrissy needed and she quickly became a raving fan.
Over the last few years Chrissy has taken her passion to the next level, becoming a qualified Pilates instructor. She thoroughly enjoys sharing her knowledge with others, helping guide people along their own health journey.
