Good news. We will send you a new client registration form in your appointment reminder SMS message. We would greatly appreciate you filling this out to save both time and paper. That way you can just sit back and relax when you arrive.

If you would like to fill out a paper version, it is advised that you arrive between 5 and 10 minutes prior to your initial consultation as you are required to fill these forms before treatment can commence.

Depending on the area of your body requiring treatment, your Osteopath, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist may ask you to undress to your underwear. We do supply gowns for females to wear as they see fit. It is important that you feel comfortable so you may wish to wear loose pants or a pair of shorts to change into. Once you are on the table you will be draped with towels as appropriate.

If you have any relevant X-rays, scans or test results then please bring these along……but do not stress if you don’t have these.

Absolutely you bring someone and have them present throughout your consultation and treatment.
